We want to empower Alberta businesses and homes by investing in infrastructure to keep us up to speed with the ever-changing world. Our customer service team has been in Oakwood & McKenzie Residential since the beginning of Summer 2020, talking to residents and businesses about their internet needs.

Tether is all about transparency, so we won’t spring any new or hidden fees on you. The cost of equipment is factored into the price of your plan. As for installation, if you’d like to have one of our technicians set it up for you, we’ll happily help you out for a one-time fee.

Fiber optic infrastructure is sometimes called “future proof” for the way it can accommodate nearly unlimited technological advancements. Unless your equipment breaks, you shouldn’t need any updates or replacements in the near future.
Our user-led troubleshooting service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If, after going through our troubleshooting tool, you still need help, our service department is available to answer your questions!
